Anniversaries, year by year

Anniversary calendars are folklore with a gift registry: the "traditional" list crystallised in the 19th–20th centuries, the "modern" one was drawn up by trade associations, and countries disagree cheerfully (the Russian calendar names years the Anglo one skips, and vice versa — we note both). The lists' real gift is the excuse: once a year, the marriage itself gets a birthday. Below — all twenty-five, each with its meaning, gift logic, and one small ritual.

Questions here are invitations, never interrogation: skip any, return to any, answer with tea. The goal is a warmer conversation, not a complete one.
