Unpopular opinion: your comparison problem is a feed problem
Hot take after my own three-week experiment: I don't actually compare myself to other women. I compare myself to a curated slideshow of thirty strangers' best days, delivered before breakfast.
I muted 40 accounts. Not people I dislike — people whose posts reliably left me smaller. Aspirational apartments, effortless bodies, girlbosses at sunrise. Mute, mute, mute.
Two things happened. One: I miss exactly none of them. Two: the envy didn't find new targets — it mostly just... stopped. Turns out the machinery needs fuel, and I was hand-delivering it hourly.
Your brain is a room. You're allowed to curate who talks in it.

Наконец-то без «полюби себя», просто гигиена ленты. Подписалась.
Muted 12 accounts after reading. Уже тише.
Needed this mid wedding-content-spiral. The algorithm knows I'm engaged and it is MERCILESS.
