Lunar Field Notes

A tiny local diary for asking a careful question: do your own energy, focus, sociability or sleep seem to repeat across broad lunar phases?

Today's field note

One date's observation

The phase label is an approximate four-part astronomical bucket. The notes cannot establish that the Moon caused a change.

what counts as a pattern

Repetition is interesting; causation is a different claim

The studio waits for repeated notes before naming even a tentative pattern. Work schedules, medication, health, light, stress, relationships and chance can all shape these ratings. Treat any lunar resemblance as a prompt for observation, never medical guidance.

Frequently asked questions

How accurate is the phase label?

It is a deterministic approximation based on the date and groups the lunar month into four broad buckets: new, waxing, full and waning. It is not a precise local moonrise or illumination calculation.

Where are my notes saved?

Only in local storage for this browser profile. The tool does not upload entry contents. You can delete one date or all notes from the page.

Can these notes prove the Moon affects me?

No. A repeated association in a personal diary cannot establish causation. Many ordinary variables influence energy, attention, sociability and sleep.
