Will an eclipse be visible from my city?
The peak time is global; visibility is local. A lunar eclipse can be seen from the night side of Earth wherever the Moon is above the horizon. A solar eclipse is visible only inside a narrower footprint, and totality or annularity only inside its central path. The latitude and longitude in the table mark the global peak of a solar path, not the only viewing location. Local weather and horizon still matter.
Astrology and eclipse dates
Astrological traditions often frame eclipses as amplified New or Full Moons. If that symbolism is meaningful, keep the practice proportionate: notice what has your attention, write before acting, and avoid treating a sky event as proof that a relationship, job or health decision must change.
