Arcana 20 — Judgement
Arcana 20 is the trumpet at the crossroads of a life: the summons to rise from a version of yourself that has quietly finished. This energy hears callings, grants second chances, and forgives at scale — resurrection as a repeatable skill.

In resource, Judgement gives you the rare gift of honest self-review without self-destruction: you can look at your whole record, keep the essence, retire the costume, and begin again unembarrassed. You wake people — your words land like alarm clocks set kindly — and you sense callings, yours and others', before they're audible.
In shadow
The shadow is the snooze bar and the gavel: hearing the call for years while renovating the old life's coffin; or turning the reviewing gift outward as chronic verdicts on everyone; or letting one old failure chair every future committee. Judgement in shadow confuses being unforgiven — usually by itself — with being unworthy.
